D&I serves to support the mission of the Department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy to create an inclusive learning environment and to graduate cross-culturally competent occupational therapists. D&I develops, oversees, implements, and evaluates curricular content and educational strategies focused on diversity and inclusion concepts and related competencies. D&I engages in research that facilitates diversity and inclusion in education, research, and occupational therapy practice.
